Global Development Needs Infrastructure to Improve Quality of Life

Berlin, 29-30 May: the Dialogue of Civilizations Research Institute (DOC RI) attended the T20 Global Solutions Summit.
During the T20 summit, the DOC RI´s Supervisory Board Chairman, Vladimir Yakunin, commented, “Development infrastructure is an essential element in providing human beings with the ability to change and develop as they want to.
