The Dialogue of Civilizations Research Institute (DOC), the independent non-partisan think tank based in Berlin, today announces a partnership with Diversity Atlas, the innovative digital tool for measuring workforce diversity developed by Australian social enterprise Cultural Infusion. The partnership will see Diversity Atlas showcased at the 2019 Rhodes Forum, the DOC’s flagship public event, which this year takes place on the Greek island of Rhodes on 11-12 October.
Cultural Infusion will present the tool to the Rhodes audience and demonstrate how organisations’ diversity and inclusion strategies can benefit from the data-driven insights that Diversity Atlas generates.
Diversity Atlas is an innovative, web-based tool that measures the cultural and demographic diversity of communities and organizations. Via a simple survey, it collects responses from participants and instantly analyses the extent and types of diversity within a population. The results are presented in the form of interactive info-graphics along with narrative key facts. The results generated by Diversity Atlas enable organizations to develop planning and engagement strategies that are based on the cultural, linguistic, and demographic make-up of a population.
Jean-Christophe Bas, CEO of the DOC, said:
“The DOC’s mission is all about facilitating and encouraging communication among diverse groups of people in order to overcome differences and find common solutions. Understanding the diversity of our societies is an important part of this. We are very pleased to welcome the Diversity Atlas team to this year’s Rhodes Forum, and look forward to using this valuable digital tool to discover more about ourselves and each other.”
